Zeffirino
Zeffirino is well-known internationally as among the best restaurants in Genoa, if not the entire country. Five brothers share duties in the kitchen, from making fresh pasta every day to choosing the seafood for the salad. Gran Grotto
The surroundings are modern and contemporary, and the menu truly original at the Gran Gotto. Try the baby squid and zucchini dish, called calamaretti brasati con porri e zucchine. A jacket and tie are required, and reservations are a must.
