San Siro The San Siro is Genoa's oldest church, and is the city's original cathedral. Initially constructed from the fourth to the ninth centuries, the building was somewhat restored in the 16th and 17th centuries. The interior is a touch spooky, reminiscent of Italy's Dark Ages.
