Genoa's aquarium is Europe's largest, and filled with fun, interesting and interactive displays. Built alongside a pier and resembling a large ship, the aquarium has created more than 50 different ecosystems for just about every type of sea animal imaginable, icluding sharks, jellyfish, seals and dolphins. All the descriptions are translated into English, and there are English tours available.
